Jocelyne Tohme, corporate residence manager at Reserve Square apartments in downtown Cleveland, professionally and compassionately worked to address my need for housing, and since I moved into the apartment, has assisted me in handling many requests for services. She has been responsive to my requests and treated me and my family with great courtesy in all my dealings with her.

Jocelyn Thome was wonderful to work with. The corporate furnished apartment was very nice and clean. The building itself needs cleaned better and updated but overall the apartment was stocked with everything I needed. Very close to Cleveland clinic and everything downtown.
