In 2016, K&D closed on the financing for the $110 million historic renovation and conversion of the Terminal Tower. The iconic Terminal Tower is the city’s best known landmark and has some very unique features including an observation deck that on a clear day, visitors can see 30 miles from downtown Cleveland and external lighting that can be configured into various color schemes that will continue for various holidays, local sports teams colors and many non-profit organizations and medical awareness causes.

Designed by architect Michael Fant of AODK Inc., the offices are modern but with classic finishes. All downtown and west side properties will be managed from Terminal Tower. Owners Doug Price and Karen Paganini will have their private offices at both headquarters. K&D will continue to manage their east side residential and senior portfolios from the Willoughby campus.
