K&D Brings New Life to Cleveland's Historic Electric Building

K&D made history with the transformation of Cleveland's Terminal Tower into nearly 300 luxury apartments, upgrading its commercial space, overhauling its exterior lighting, and adding a rooftop deck – then repeated this success with Residences at 55. Work began in early 2021 to convert Cleveland’s historic skyscraper at 55 Public Square into a mixed-use living center with 202 luxury apartments along with a brand-new restaurant, revamped parking garage, and revitalized commercial spaces.
